Our olives are pressed in Çepni Village , in accordance with the essence of our brand. This process is carried out in the oil mill of Adnan Bey 's childhood friend, in a hygienic environment and under suitable conditions . With our natural and additive-free production approach, our commitment to our traditional values is felt in every drop of our oil.

The acidity of olive oil from 1924 Giritli'den is 0.3%, which is proof of our quality standards and that our olives are produced with care . Our oil was analyzed by the Bursa Food and Feed Control Central Research Institute Directorate, affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry .
